With Pick by Light, you can control the sequence of picking processes in the warehouse. But also in production, Pick by Light supports error-free assembly with a high number of variants. A signal light shows the assembly worker the correct material for the variant to be assembled just in time and just in sequence. Via a button or sensor, the employee can confirm the removal and the next work step is displayed. Mix-ups of similar components are thus a thing of the past. With the new integration, the setup and configuration of the Pick by Light modules can be carried out independently and is extremely simple.
Another highlight is our new integration for configurable vision inspection of components. In this way, faulty wiring or other errors can be detected using camera technology and the passing on of an incorrectly assembled product can be prevented. A Keyence vision sensor is used, which can be used in various scenarios for presence and difference checking based on AI-based algorithms.
