New workstation primus two and software solutions elution two lab and elution two assembly in the spotlight

ELABO is presenting innovative electronics workstations and solutions for software-supported manual production at electronica (Hall A3, Booth 432). The trade fair presentation will focus on the innovative electronic workstation primus two and the software innovations elution two lab for table and device control and elution two assembly, which supports the development of digitalised production processes in manual production.

ELABO will be presenting innovative, software-controlled electronics workstations and solutions for software-supported manual production at electronica (15 to 18 November, Hall A3, Booth 432). The focus of the trade fair presentation will be the new primus two electronics workstation for the modern electrical laboratory: it is a relaunch of the well-known primus series and, thanks to its innovative, well thought-out design, enables a more flexible working method. Various versions of the primus two will be on display at the trade fair booth, all of which are equipped with the new elution two lab software solution – a variant of the elution two for tabletop and device control of software-enabled workstations.

In the area of software solutions, ELABO will present the new elution two lab as well as the software-based assistance system elution two assembly for manual production, which provides process-relevant information in the form of work plans in real time. The integrated worker guidance system guides workers through the assembly process according to their level of knowledge and thus enables, among other things, software-supported training on the job. Errors are thus avoided as far as possible in advance; additional safety is provided by pick-by-light systems or individual inspection functions such as digital screwdriving systems. Visitors to the ELABO booth will be able to see examples of the functional principle of elution two assembly: the avero workstation of the mother company bott will demonstrate the creation of flows (test plans) and the processing of individual test steps based on the manual assembly of different variants of an LED luminaire. The workstation for the production of individual and special products is equipped with a computer as standard and supports, for example, the use of W-LAN controlled screwdrivers.

In addition, a measuring and testing mobile with new measuring and testing devices such as the G8 combination tester and the Smart Modular leakage current tester will be presented at the stand. With this combination of devices, not only can the most important safety tests such as protective conductors, insulation, high voltage and leakage current be carried out, but the DUTs can also be tested for continuity and function. Visitors to the booth will also be able to see demonstrations of the fully automatic test sequences as well as the complete logging by the proven ELABO elution software.
